Matt Anderson has been creating art for over 30 years, drawing inspiration from his love of horror films, heavy metal music, and classic comics from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. His portfolio spans indie art designs for the Culture Shock Apparel line, as well as numerous illustrations for well-known figures in the horror and music industries.
He has worked with sponsors such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Arizona, Fender Guitars, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Mix 98.9, Casino Arizona, Fox 10, American Idol, Green Day, Ryan Seacrest, and Danica Patrick.
His work has been featured in publications like Phoenix Magazine – Best Of, Fritz Scholder’s Thoughts at Night, and Golden Deer Sun and White Bear Moon, a children’s book by Jax Hix.
Matt has also created limited edition posters for Gwar, The Misfits, Clint Howard (Waterboy, Star Trek, The Ice Cream Man), Taryn Manning (Orange is the New Black), Jeremy Miller (Growing Pains), Lisa Loring (the original Wednesday Addams), Nick Palma (Michelangelo – TMNT), Brian Tochi (Leonardo – TMNT), Ken Scott (Raphael – TMNT), Jimmy Workman (Pugsley – Addams Family Movies), Carel Struycken (Lurch – Addams Family Movies), Jackson Robert Scott (Georgie – It), Gini Holtzman (voice of Peppermint Patty), Sam Kwasman (voice of Donald Duck and Little Quacker), Oliver Robbins (Robbie – Poltergeist), Ritchie Stotts (founding guitarist for the Plasmatics) and many more.
