SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Culture Shock Apparel LLC is based in Arizona. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, ship products, and handle returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, new product releases, high-volume periods, reprints, pre-orders, or other unexpected delays.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated timeline or cancellation/refund options when required by law.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated at checkout.
International orders may also be delayed by customs or local postal services. Culture Shock Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, or local delivery services outside the United States.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout, if tracking is available.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer to reship the order after it is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply. We do not issue refunds for orders lost or returned because of customer address errors.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, building office, mailroom, or common delivery areas.
Culture Shock Apparel LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If shipping insurance or package protection is offered at checkout and you choose to purchase it, claims may need to be handled through the insurance provider.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the
Contact Us form on our website within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odors, pet hair, stains, damage, or signs of wear, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products
Sale, clearance, or final sale items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
Items marked non-returnable on the product page
Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items, depending on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer store credit, a refund, or suggest placing a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
REFUNDS
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Culture Shock Apparel LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES
Pre-order, limited-release, or reprint items may have longer processing times. Any estimated shipping date is an estimate and may change due to production timelines, supplier delays, or other circumstances.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we may provide updated timing or cancellation/refund options when required by law.
POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
